Medici, infermieri, fisioterapisti, oss si sono da subito prodigati per alleviare il disagio fisico e rendere il "soggiorno" confortevole. Unica nota stonata, e di non lieve importanza :andrebbe senz'altro incrementato il numero dei fisioterapisti, a mio parere e non solo, troppo esiguo per i pazienti da trattare I arrived at the San Michele clinic in Albenga for a post-operative rehabilitation period after hip prosthesis surgery. Doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, oss immediately did their best to alleviate physical discomfort and make the "stay" comfortable. The only discordant note, and of no slight importance: the number of physiotherapists should certainly be increased, in my opinion and not only, too small for the patients to be treated.

Un particolare e sentito ringraziamento alla d.ssa Gulnar ed a Johnny. Grazie a tutti. Mia madre, che doveva affidarsi a loro per una riabilitazione, è stata trattata non come una paziente bisognosa di cura, ma come una scocciatura. Non accudita, non lavata, non le davano le terapie ma doveva chiamare lei ripetutamente per farsi dare farmaci SALVAVITA. E quanto chiamava, le risposte erano sgarbate e non poco. Non ci hanno fatto entrare per il COVID, e dopo 10 giorni abbiamo trovato nostra madre sfinita, sporca, con un punto infetto e non curato. Premetto che mia madre non era una paziente a pagamento. In 10 giorni l’ha visitata un medico una sola volta. Una paziente con alte problematiche. Sono molto arrabbiata e sconcertata nel vedere situazioni simili. Se uno fa l’infermiere o l’os sappia che deve avere a cuore il paziente e la sua salute e ripresa, altrimenti cambi lavoro. Very bad experience. Un grazie di cuore a tutto il personale e a tutti i fisioterapisti per la loro gentilezza e competenza. I turned to this facility for post-surgery rehabilitation of hip prostheses. Un grazie di cuore a tutto il personale..medici, infermieri, OS, alla simpaticissima Francesca, si sono prestati anche per piccoli problemi personali ed è tanta roba! C'è stato qualche inconveniente per quanto riguarda la cucina ma non di certo per la qualità..magari non arrivava l'olio o il formaggio ma il personale addetto alla distribuzione dei pasti sono riusciti a risolvere anche questo andando a prenderlo anche di persona (magari c è da considerare anche la situazione Covid prima della pandemia pare mangiassero tutti in una sala) . Comunque di certo non ho patito la fame...ieri c" era un coniglio alla ligure da favola! E un applausone a tutto lo staff dei ragazzi/e della fisioterapia che ci hanno fatto lavorare bene con un pizzico di allegria...grandi! Grazie a tutti veramente di cuore! However, I certainly did not go hungry ... yesterday there was a fairytale Ligurian rabbit! (1 ora e mezza di mattina e un ora e mezza di pomeriggio su 6 giorni solo mattina la domenica) Gentilezza e competenza. Il servizio di cucina è veramente ottimo. Forse per via del COVID e quindi dell'impossibilità dei parenti ad entrare nella struttura, ci è dispiaciuto l'uso dei fisioterapisti per il trasporto dei bagagli. Il clima è contraddistinto dalla competenza e dalla gentilezza. My wife did 2 weeks of rehabilitation after hip replacement. The rehabilitation service is really great. (1 hour and a half in the morning and an hour and a half in the afternoon on 6 days only in the morning on Sunday) Kindness and competence. The cooking service is really excellent. Perhaps due to COVID and therefore the inability of relatives to enter the facility, we regretted the use of physiotherapists to transport luggage. The climate is characterized by competence and kindness.
