M	Marianna Pallizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente no lo sconsiglio vivamente visita a un ragazzo di 15 anni fatta non da un medico ma da un tirocinante anche più di uno che si consultavano tra di loro non ci tornerò mai più peccato perché fino a 10 anni vengono. t	tony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la mia recensione non è in riferimento al reparto in generale, bensì ad una singola dottoressa, di turno il 19/03/18, preposta alle visite dei bambini piccoli, tra cui mio figlio di quasi due anni. Nelle precedenti 2/3 occasioni abbiamo avuto a che fare con un' altra dottoressa che sa trattare squisitamente le persone, adulti o bambini che siano. Nell' ultima occasione invece la " professionista" che abbiamo trovato non si è dimostrata all' altezza della situazione, palesando scarsa accuratezza e pazienza nelle risposte dateci, rincarando la dose dando dell' " asino che raglia " a nostro figlio perché il piccolino, stremato dopo 15 minuti di sofferenza, piangeva (io e la mamma abbiamo cercato di fargli tenere la testolina contro l' apposito macchinario, in maniera molto forzata!) Fare il medico richiede prima di tutto una buona capacità comunicativa (io direi ottima), empatia e sensibilità. Cari dottori, se non avete innate queste capacità , le strade da percorrere sono due: impegnarsi per cambiare, oppure cambiare mestiere!! my review is not in reference to the ward in general, but to a single doctor, on duty on 19/03/18, in charge of the visits of young children, including my almost two year old son. On the previous 2/3 occasions we have had to deal with another doctor who knows how to treat people, adults or children exquisitely. On the last occasion, on the other hand, the "professional" we found did not prove to be up to the situation, showing poor accuracy and patience in the answers given to us, increasing the dose by giving the "donkey braying" to our son because the little one, exhausted after 15 minutes of suffering, he was crying (my mother and I tried to keep his head against the special machine, in a very forced way!) Being a doctor requires first of all a good communication ability (I would say excellent), empathy and sensitivity. Dear doctors, if you do not have these innate abilities, there are two ways to go: strive to change, or change your job !!

Che dire del Prof. Mastropasqua e della sua equipe? Non ci sono parole sufficienti per descrivere la professionalità e disponibilità di tutte le persone che lavorano nella clinica OFTALMOLOGICA. Dalla prima visita fino a tutti i controlli post operatori sono stato seguito sempre con gentilezza, cordialità, massima disponibilità ma soprattutto con serietà e professionalità mai viste prima. Ero a conoscenza già da prima che la clinica OFTALMOLOGICA di Chieti rappresentava il fiore all'occhiello della sanità pubblica ma mai avrei immaginato di trovare una struttura di questo livello. I was aware before that the OPHTHALMOLOGICAL clinic of Chieti was the flagship of public health but I never imagined I would find a structure of this level. Thank you all!
A	Alexia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima esperienza, ho fatto una visita con 4 "ragazze", definirle dottoresse è ancora troppo presto.... mi hanno fatto una diagnosi disastrosa in cui si diceva che non ero operabile con la laserterapia e addirittura mi prospettano tra qualche anno la sostituzione dei cristallini!!!! perchè secondo loro ho già la cataratta.................e i miei cristallini sono ingialliti!!!!! Nessuno mai prima mi aveva detto cose del genere nel mio ospedale di fiducia e ne tanto meno nelle tante visite fatte in privato con medici chirurghi. Dopo la visita fatta con queste incompetenti ho ripetuto gli esami con il mio medico chirurgo e mi conferma infatti che assolutamente non ho i cristallini ingialliti e nessun segno di cataratta è presente. Ero andata da loro solo perchè avevano il macchinario che utilizza la tecnica Smile per una miopia elevata come la mia, fortunatamente ho trovato il macchinario altrove e sono già in lista di attesa. VERGOGNATEVI! very bad experience, I had a visit with 4 "girls", calling them doctors is still too early .... they made me a disastrous diagnosis in which it was said that I was not operable with laser therapy and they even propose me to replace the crystal clear !!!! because according to them I already have cataracts ................. and my lenses are yellowed !!!!! After the visit made with these incompetents I repeated the tests with my surgeon and in fact he confirms that I have absolutely no yellowed crystallines and no signs of cataracts are present. I went to them only because they had the machine that uses the Smile technique for a high myopia like mine, fortunately I found the machine elsewhere and I am already on the waiting list. SHAME ON YOU!

S	Sara D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver atteso un anno dalla prenotazione,aver chiamato diverse volte per accertarmi che nonostante il periodo eccezionale la prestazione venisse effettuata,168 km per raggiungere la clinica, mezz'ora di attesa a livello 6 deserto e successivamente altri minuti di attesa a quello 10 ci viene detto che le visite sono sospese fino a settembre!!! Pessima esperienza lo sconsiglio vivamente sebbene possano avere macchinari all'avanguardia la disorganizzazione e mal gestione regna sovrana.Inoltre il ticket di 30 euro non è sufficiente a ricevere una diagnosi completa ai fini dell'intervento. La vista è stata effettuata da delle tirocinanti che, giustamente, non avevano l'esperienza necessaria. Ho quindi espresso la mia perplessità e le "dottoresse" lì presenti si sono alquanto alterate e rivelate maleducate e senza alcuna empatia (caratteristica che ogni medico dovrebbe avere), giudicandomi "poco collaborativa". Hanno quindi consigliato di recarmi presso una struttura a pagamento per farmi visitare con altre strumentazioni a loro dire inutili (infatti la visita si svolge in una stanza vuota). Hanno infine reputato impossibile valutarmi, dandomi la responsabilità. Inutile dire che lo sconsiglio vivamente.
