★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo questo negozio sul web per una riparazione urgente del mio Macbook Pro, totalmente morto. Non ho alternative. Lavoro in Francia come fotografo, ma mi trovo a Guardia Lombardi in emergenza Covid. Mi fanno firmare una liberatoria in cui mi obbligo a pagare 69 euro, previo riavvio del computer. Mi chiamano, dicendomi che è pronto. Vado, quasi 30 km di distanza, ma il Mac non si avvia. Glielo lascio, mi richiamano il giorno dopo dicendo che non è riparabile e tentano di vendermi una nuova SSD a 400 euro. Mi hanno solo fatto il back up, non completo. Pago i 69 euro e mi spiegano che non ci sono soluzioni. Porto il computer in un centro specializzato a Cercola (NA). Computer riparato con 90 euro, funziona perfettamente e, in più, il personale gentilissimo mi dice che pagherò soltanto se il computer funziona perfettamente. Conclusione..... Degli incompetenti. Mi hanno elegantemente derubato. Assolutamente incapaci. DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE! POSSO ALLEGARE TUTTE LE PROVE ATTESTANTI QUELLO CHE DICO. Se non mi restituiranno i soldi inutilmente pagati, e voglio essere gentile per la benzina, ricorrerò alle vie legali!
I find this shop on the web for an urgent repair of my totally dead Macbook Pro. I have no alternative. I work in France as a photographer, but I am in Guardia Lombardi in a Covid emergency. They make me sign a release in which I have to pay 69 euros, after restarting the computer. They call me, telling me it's ready. I go, almost 30km away, but the Mac won't boot. I leave it to them, they call me back the next day saying it is not repairable and they try to sell me a new SSD for 400 euros. They have only done the backup, not full. I pay the 69 euros and they explain to me that there are no solutions. I take the computer to a specialized center in Cercola (NA). Computer repaired with 90 euros, it works perfectly and, in addition, the very kind staff tells me that I will only pay if the computer works perfectly. Conclusion ..... Of the incompetent. They elegantly robbed me. Absolutely unable. ABSOLUTELY AVOID! I CAN ATTACH ALL THE TESTING PROVIDING WHAT I SAY. If they don't give me back my unnecessarily paid money, and I want to be nice about the gas, I'll take legal action!

Ho acquistato un iPhone 12 questa settimana.. Essendo di un'altra provincia ho chiesto la spedizione veloce, ed in meno di 24h ho ricevuto cellulare compreso di alimentatore, cover e pellicola. Ovviamente tutto completamente intatto. Consiglio innanzitutto per la serietà e la qualità dei prodotti! A ciò si unisce la cordiale disponibilità del personale, che è sempre pronto a rispondere tempestivamente. GRAZIE MILLE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per un display rotto ad un iPhone 8. Sono stati molto chiari nell’illustrarmi il processo di riparazione, tempi e relativi costi. La riparazione è durata meno di mezz’ora e prima di consegnarmelo mi hanno fatto testare da me il telefono.
Prezzo anche molto buono e competitivo rispetto alla media.

I went for a broken display on an iPhone 8. They were very clear in explaining the repair process, time and costs. The repair took less than half an hour and before delivering it to me, they made me test the phone myself.
Price also very good and competitive compared to the average.
