Il display era intanto i dati pure e tablet rianimato e funzionante. Prima di trovare Clinica Computer, un centro vicino a casa mia mi ha detto se rompevano il display lo pagavo io, allora ho rifiutato. Microsoft non li ripara, mi hanno chiesto una cifra alta. Posso dire di tecnici di clinica computer che sono stati molto professionali ed onesti, tanto i prezzi sono visibili sul sito e sono molto trasparenti, niente sorprese. Before finding Computer Clinic, a center near my house I told me if I broke the screen I paid, so I refused. Microsoft does not fix them, they asked me for a high figure. Solamente dopo 5 mesi mi è stato comunicato che, visto il danno, non era possibile ripararlo e nemmeno recuperare la memoria. Portato presso un altro centro mi è stata velocemente recuperata la memoria e segnalato che all’interno del telefono risultavano mancanti diverse viti I took my iphone to the “Computer Clinic” at the end of January, due to a motherboard failure, asking for a repair or at least a backup to recover the saved data. M	Marco Grespan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho mandato in riparazione un Surface pro 4 per sostituire lo schermo touch in quanto non funzionava la parte touchscreen e dovevo lavorare sempre con mouse e tastiera; inoltre ho chiesto cortesemente di sostituire anche la batteria fornita da me per incomprensione con precedente negozio di riparazioni. Mi hanno fatto un preventivo con un totale finale che non era quello che avrei pagato bensì all'interno del preventivo c'erano un altro costo da sommare e quindi quando ho fatto presente che non era regolare un preventivo del genere mi hanno scontato una parte, solo a posteriori ho capito che loro nel frattempo avevano già messo mano al dispositivo, salvo poi trovarmi un tablet con ammaccatura sulla parte centrale superiore e lo schermo che fuoriusciva di qualche millimetro dalla scocca. Questo ha fatto sì, unitamente alla scarsa qualità dello stesso, che dopo soli 5 mesi abbiamo lo schermo più rovinato di quanto era prima dopo 4 anni. Quindi sconsiglio assolutamente il negozio. I sent a Surface pro 4 for repair to replace the touch screen as the touch screen part did not work and I always had to work with mouse and keyboard; I also kindly asked to replace the battery supplied by me for misunderstanding with the previous repair shop. They made me a quote with a final total that was not what I would have paid but within the estimate there was another cost to add up and therefore when I pointed out that such a quote was not regular, they discounted me a part, only in retrospect did I understand that in the meantime they had already put their hand to the device, only to find a tablet with a dent on the upper central part and the screen protruding a few millimeters from the body. This has meant, together with the poor quality of the same, that after only 5 months we have the screen more damaged than it was before after 4 years. So I absolutely advise against the shop.

Al telefono sono scortesi e sembrano avere fretta di appendere il telefono , rimandando a un fantomatico sito web che, per un centro assistenza PC, è ridicolo. Dopo aver prenotato un ritiro questo viene arbitrariamente annullato, con un avviso via mail, non preoccupandosi di indicare la causa dell' annullamento e la possibilità di riorganizzare il ritiro. After booking a collection this is arbitrarily canceled, with an email notification, not bothering to indicate the cause of the cancellation and the possibility of reorganizing the collection. The macbook did not turn on anymore, I made an appointment from their website and brought it, after the acceptance of the repair estimate, two days passed and the laptop was ready for collection, they were fast, a couple of months before I wrote my opinion on computer clinic, and I am very satisfied. Riparazione eseguita in due giorni, e fin qui tutto ok; però il componente installato non era all'altezza del componente originale, e dopo neanche un mese dalla riparazione mi ritrovo con lo schermo freezato, che rende inutilizzabile il tablet. Inutile dire di aver tentato un accordo via telefono, oltre al trattamento scortese non c'è una garanzia sulla riparazione.
