If you don't have an animal that acts like a puppet don't go there, our dog was traumatized and scared! Very rude and unprofessional staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto disponibili, nonostante siamo arrivati senza appuntamento. Professionalità, penso che questo è il modo migliore per descrivere la nostra esperienza con la Clinica. Lo consiglierei anche altre persone? Decisamente: SI! Anche se il posto sembra un po' spartano, in confronto alle altre cliniche "di città", compensa molto con la disponibilità e la preparazione del personale, e soprattutto con le possibilità di eseguire accertamenti, anche d'urgenza in posto (esami ematici, copro-parassitologici, diagnostica per immagini..)
Poi un altro motivo per qualle torneremo e la particolare conoscenza che loro hanno su una categoria "speciale" di quadrupedi: il BOXER.
Very helpful, despite the fact that we arrived without an appointment. Professionalism, I think this is the best way to describe our experience with the Clinic. Would I recommend other people as well? Definitely yes! Even if the place seems a little spartan, in comparison to the other "city" clinics, it compensates a lot with the availability and the preparation of the personnel, and above all with the possibilities to perform verifications, also of urgency in place (blood tests, copro-parasitological, imaging diagnostics ..)
Then another reason for which we will return and the particular knowledge they have about a "special" category of quadrupeds: the BOXER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non siamo riusciti a diagnosticare una displasia di grado E su un golden retriever di 6 mesi ma solo una lassitá articolare. Mi è stato consigliato un ciclo terapeutico in acqua che mi è costato un sacco per 8 mesi quando avrei potuto spendere gli stessi soldi per operare per tempo il cane. A un anno abbiamo "scoperto" la displasia e dopo la visita mi è stato chiesto di inviare le prime lastre per valutarne l'evoluzione .. Ho mandato 6 e-mail e non mi avete mai risposto .. Mi dispiace ma non posso valutarvi bene .
We were unable to diagnose grade E dysplasia on a 6 month old golden retriever but only joint laxity. I was recommended a therapeutic cycle in water which cost me a lot for 8 months when I could have spent the same money on operating the dog on time. At one year we "discovered" the dysplasia and after the visit I was asked to send the first plates to evaluate their evolution .. I sent 6 e-mails and you never answered me .. I'm sorry but I can't evaluate you well .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio coniglietto di 3 anni, in ottima salute, (avvertendoli dello scompenso che ha avuto quando lo hanno castrato) per limare i denti, è entrato vivo ed è uscito morto! Pur sapendo di quanto gli avevo detto lo hanno sottoposto a operazione e la loro risposta è stata :morto per edema polmonare. Ma come può essere morto di edema polmonare se il mio coniglietto era in ottima salute?
I brought my 3 year old bunny, in excellent health, (warning them of the decompensation he had when they castrated him) to file his teeth, he went in alive and came out dead! Despite knowing what I had told him, they underwent an operation and their response was: died of pulmonary edema. But how could he have died of pulmonary edema if my bunny was in excellent health?

Veterinarians of absolute excellence, I am from Biella and I do 700km every time, but orthopedic level I only trust them. Trust gained over years of knowledge of course.
