Ottimi orari di apertura, unico neo...bussare e attendere...accettazione da migliorare insomma

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo molto bene, c è il dottore Angelini che è anche odontologo e m ha curato in modo eccellente i miei gatti, entrambi sono molto bravi gentili ed umani? dove possono aiutano tanto e rispondono molto gentilmente anche al telefono se hai un quesito, ho una gatta delicata ed ogni intervento fatto dal dottore è andato a buon fine, anche nei costi sono meno costosi d altri posti, raccomando. Grazie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessuna informazione ricevuta per quanto riguarda la sterilizzazione della mia gatta, né informazioni pre (collare elisabettiano o body) né post operatorie (farmaci, alimentazione, disinfezione della ferita). Mi hanno detto che l'avrebbero messa in una gabbietta più grande per il ritiro dopo l'operazione, invece era nel suo trasportino. Abbiamo dovuto stilare noi una lista di domande, insomma sembrava che una volta pagati non gliene importasse nulla. Poco professionali considerando che sapevano che è il primo gatto che abbiamo.
No information received regarding the sterilization of my cat, neither pre (Elizabethan collar or body) nor post operative information (drugs, feeding, wound disinfection). They told me they would put her in a larger cage for pickup after the operation, but she was in her carrier instead. We had to draw up a list of questions ourselves, in short it seemed that once paid they didn't care. Unprofessional considering they knew it is the first cat we have.
