In portineria,dove avviene il primo contatto con il pubblico, ci sono due donne assolutamente incapaci di spiegare la minima cosa come la compilazione di un modulo per il ritiro di esami di minore. Veramente incapaci, inadeguate, maleducate e con un ghigno derisorio. Negativo! Perfetto invece l’ambulatorio prelievi, professionali ed umane! Unfortunately, in contact with the public, there are absolutely inadequate people to communicate with the same. In the concierge, where the first contact with the public takes place, there are two women absolutely incapable of explaining the slightest thing like filling out a form for the withdrawal of minor exams. Truly incapable, inadequate, rude and with a derisive sneer. Negative! Perfect instead the ambulatory, professional and human withdrawals!
z	zain iftikhar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora all'accettazione radiologia maleducata, mi ha urlato in faccia perche non avevo la ricetta medica con me(me la stampata in meno di 1 minuto lei stessa ) inoltre non c'è scritto da nessuna parte che si debba portare con sé. Gente come lei non si merita di stare lì. The lady at the reception rude radiology, screamed in my face because I did not have the prescription with me (I printed it in less than 1 minute herself) also there is no written anywhere that you have to take it with you. People like you don't deserve to be there.

Disorganizzazione e ritardi sono il fiore all'occhiello di tale presunta Casa della Salute Da evitare assolutamente come la peste bubbonica!!! Devono ringraziare che non sono un privato...sarebbero già falliti dalla notte dei tempi It sucks just to see this place! It looks like a unicef center in Bangladesh ... Disorganization and delays are the flagship of this alleged Casa della Salute To be avoided absolutely like the bubonic plague !!! Sarei dovuta rimanere lì per ore e ore con la bimba ad aspettare. Anche al telefono operatrice sgradevole. Pregnant with a 3-year-old girl in tow, I did not have priority for the delivery of the child's urine. Precedence is for blood tests only. I should have stayed there for hours and hours with the baby waiting. Even on the phone unpleasant operator.

A	Andrea Gallo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente il punto prelievi. Lascio 2 stelle perché è stato facile e veloce prendere l'appuntamento ma il personale è poco gentile e preparato. Ho fatto molti prelievi in passato e la mia vena è facilmente visibile e individuabile, mai avuto neanche un rossore. Ebbene qui ho avuto male e un livido che dura da diversi giorni. Sconsiglio!!! Ripeto che ho una vena facilmente reperibile!!! Sconsiglio sopratutto a chi sa di avere vene difficili o ai bambini che dopo questa esperienza potrebbero avere avversione a vita verso i prelievi I strongly advise against the withdrawal point. I give 2 stars because it was quick and easy to make the appointment but the staff is not very kind and prepared. I have had many withdrawals in the past and my vein is easily visible and identifiable, never even had a redness. Well here I have had pain and a bruise that has lasted for several days. I do not recommend !!! I repeat that I have an easily available streak !!! Especially not recommended for those who know they have difficult veins or for children who after this experience may have a lifetime aversion to withdrawals
