Tengo moltissimo a ringraziare il personale di questa struttura, per l'efficienza con il quale si adoperano nel servire i pazienti e cercare di trovare quanto prima la possibilità' di poter essere soddisfatte le richieste di visita. In meno di tre giorni sono stato visitato dal medico per la patologia che necessitavo. Ho potuto constatare di persona quanta efficienza e rapidità e attenzione viene dedicata al paziente, e quanta efficienza nel far rispettare i protocolli Covid 19 vigenti. Una Struttura :sanificata, pulita ed efficiente. Per mio conto merita un voto : AAAAAA ++++++ GRAZIE DI CUORE A TUTTI COLORO LAVORANO IN QUESTA STRUTTURA IN PARTICOLARE ALLA RECEPTION NELLA QUALITA' DELLA SIGNORINE DANIELA E NADIA. ALTISSIMA PROFESSIONALITA'. AN AVANT-GARDE SUPER EFFICIENT STRUCTURE. !!! I am very keen to thank the staff of this facility, for the efficiency with which they work in serving patients and trying to find as soon as possible the possibility of being able to satisfy requests for visits. In less than three days I was seen by the doctor for the pathology I needed. I was able to personally see how much efficiency and speed and attention is dedicated to the patient, and how much efficiency is in enforcing the Covid 19 protocols in force. A Structure: sanitized, clean and efficient. For me it deserves a grade: AAAAAA ++++++ THANKS TO ALL THOSE WHO WORK IN THIS STRUCTURE IN PARTICULAR AT THE RECEPTION IN THE QUALITY OF MISS DANIELA AND NADIA. HIGH PROFESSIONALISM.
D	Davide Angeleri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al telefono non risponde nessuno, si rimane in attesa invano. L'unica soluzione è sempre quella di presentarsi di persona ma non sempre è possibile. Vi sembra un servizio accettabile? No one answers the phone, you wait in vain. The only solution is always to show up in person but this is not always possible. Does this seem an acceptable service?

Medici molto competenti, ma quello che fa la differenza è il sorriso e la disponibilità del personale all'accoglienza. Già dalla chiamata telefonica ho riscontrato rapidità nelle risposte e nell'inserimento della visita, che in altre strutture aveva code di settimane nonostante l'urgenza. Essere accolti con gentilezza, ahimè non è così scontato e qui non avrebbero potuto fare di meglio. Tariffe nella norma. Completamente soddisfatta. Personally I found myself so well in few other places. Very competent doctors, but what makes the difference is the smile and the willingness of the staff to welcome them. Already from the telephone call I found rapid responses and in the insertion of the visit, which in other structures had queues for weeks despite the urgency. Being greeted with kindness, alas, it is not so obvious and here they could not have done better. Rates in the norm. Completely satisfied.
M	MICIO MIAO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile mettersi in contatto con la segreteria e tantomeno con il medico curante. Tentativi ripetuti e continui dal giorno 02/01/22. Morale: paziente ricoverato, denuncia dell'ASL e si procederà per vie legali. Tengo a precisare che il protocollo per covid è rimasto a: tachipirina e vigile attesa.... Lo sanno anche i sassi che i primi 5 giorni sono fondamentali ma queste persone vogliono portare tutti i pazienti in terapia intensiva! Lunedì si cambia Medico. In bocca al lupo a tutti i pazienti. Impossible to contact the secretariat and even less with the attending physician. Repeated and continuous attempts from 02/01/22. Moral: hospitalized patient, ASL report and legal action will be taken. I would like to clarify that the protocol for covid has remained at: tachipirina and watchful waiting .... The stones also know that the first 5 days are essential but these people want to bring all patients to intensive care! On Monday we change doctors. Good luck to all patients.
