β β β β β Innanzitutto sfido chiunque a chiamare il loro numero telefonico: non risponde MAI nessuno. Sono un servizio pubblico finanziato con le nostre tasse che NON funziona! Non solo, ma mi viene il sospetto che si divertano a dare informazioni incomplete o sbagliate data la frequenza con cui questo accade. I documenti che potrebbero essere scansionati e inviati elettronicamente devono essere portati a mano come nel Medioevo mentre se si vuole trasferire la pratica altrove, per caritΓ "solo per posta certificata pec"....
 First of all, I challenge anyone to call their phone number: nobody NEVER answers. They are a public service financed with our taxes that does NOT work! Not only that, but I suspect that they enjoy giving incomplete or incorrect information given the frequency with which this happens. Documents that could be scanned and sent electronically must be carried by hand as in the Middle Ages while if you want to transfer the file elsewhere, please "only by certified mail" ....

β β β β β Esperienza pessima. Appuntamento dato ,giustamente visto la situazione covid, dopo 7 mesi x visita patente. Si aspetta sotto il sole x ore in piedi. La numerazione di chiamata Γ¨ affidata al personale che chiama seguendo un criterio sconosciuto all'utenza che quindi Γ¨ costretta ad assembrarsi x paura di perdere il proprio turno. D'altra parte dove potrebbe andare se non a sedersi in terra. Presenti anche persone anziane. Γ possibile che il sistema di prenotazione consenta tutto questo? Ma chi lo gestisce come usa le proprie competenze?

β β β β β Non rispondono mai al telefono e sei costretto ad andare fisicamente da loro per qualsiasi cosa. "Servizio" agghiacciante.

β β β β β Io mi chiedo una struttura che dovrebbe funzionare al servizio del cittadino che nn risponde mai al telefono ho provato a chiamare,e richiamare centinaia,e migliaia di volte per avere delle informazioni ma il nulla proprio!!!????????

β β β β β Sono stato giΓ due volte per la patente esclusivamente per avere informazioni, ma la visita si puΓ² prenotare solo nei primi tre centri ASL riportati nella foto. L'impressione Γ¨ comunque pessima considerando che (non c'entra nulla con le patenti) stavano facendo aspettare da un'ora una ragazza in gravidanza che doveva fare le analisi di routine.
I have already been twice for the driving license exclusively for information, but the visit can only be booked in the first three ASL centers shown in the photo. However, the impression is very bad considering that (it has nothing to do with driving licenses) they were keeping a pregnant girl waiting for an hour who had to undergo routine tests.
