Dopo aver pagato oltre 2000 euro per un impianto con 4 split, le pompette per l’acqua della condensa si sono rotte almeno un paio di volte a stagione e per sostituirle in garanzia, ho dovuto aspettare anche 10 giorni; hanno lasciato un anziano di 87 anni per 10 giorni senza clima con 37 gradi. Sconsigliato!
 Bad after sales and warranty service. After paying over 2000 euros for a system with 4 splits, the condensate water pumps broke at least a couple of times a season and to replace them under warranty, I had to wait up to 10 days; they left an 87-year-old senior for 10 days without climate with 37 degrees. Not recommended!
