D	DOMENICO FERRARO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 10/07/2020 Ho chiamato da più di due mesi per ben tre volte per uno scaldacqua elettrico FERROLI di cui questa ditta detiene la manutenzione in garanzia segnalando che non sale alla temperatura massima, promettendomi che sarebbero venuti al più presto è dopo due mesi sono ancora in attesa. Aggiungo che ad oggi 15 agosto questi signori non sono mai venuti o perlomeno farmi una telefonata. oggi 14-01-2021 questi signori della clima world con zero professionalità dopo 5 telefonate incominciate dal mese di maggio del 2020 e la signora mi diceva che ha giorni sarebbe venuto il tecnico ad oggi mi hanno fatto scadere la garanzia avendo un scaldabagno che non mi funziona. Credo che queste pseudo ditte dovrebbero chiudere e non ingannare la gente dopo aver pagato fior di euro Today 10/07/2020 I have called for more than two months three times for a FERROLI electric water heater for which this company holds the maintenance under warranty, reporting that it does not rise to the maximum temperature, promising me that they would come as soon as possible and after two months I'm still waiting. I would add that as of today, August 15th these gentlemen have never come or at least give me a phone call. today 14-01-2021 these gentlemen of the climate world with zero professionalism after 5 phone calls started from the month of May 2020 and the lady told me that the technician would come in days to date they made my warranty expire having a water heater that I do not it works. I believe that these pseudo firms should close and not deceive people after paying good money

Un acquisto fatto a giugno, scaldabagno difettoso dalla fabrica, accertato dai loro tecnici. Al momento della sostituzione mi viene comunicato da un loro tecnico, mandato da loro solo per accertare il difetto, e confermato anche dal loro call center, che devo pagare io la sostituzione e l'installazione dello scaldabagno difettoso...questa è la loro politica aziendale!! Ma perchè? Che assistenza è? Avete accertato che il difetto è del vostro scaldabagno, il prodotto è in pienissima garanzia (usato forse 2 volte), perchè devo pagare io lo smontaggio del prodotto difettato ed il montaggio del nuovo prodotto in sostituzione? Non mi sembra affatto corretto che debba pagare due volte per un errore della casa madre, ma che garanzia è??? Lo sconsiglio vivamente!!
