F	Federica Bossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di istallare la mia stufa idro il loro tecnico mi ha fatto il sopraluogo su mia richiesta(visto che la casa era nuova).Tutto andava bene finché non ci siamo accorti che la stufa non tirava...Da qui mille peripezie ,promesse non mantenute soprattutto da parte del rivenditore ....Ho sostituito la stufa a legna con una a pellet rimettendoci ben 2000 euro e a sentir loro mi hanno fatto un favore riprendendomi un usato mai usato Before installing my hydro stove, their technician made the inspection for me at my request (since the house was new) .Everything was fine until we realized that the stove was not blowing ... M	Maurizio Floris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un display di sostituzione per una stufa a pellet del valore di 22€ mi sono stati addebitati 20 €di spedizione perché loro hanno un unica modalità di spedizione ovvero spedizione con trasporto corriere con sponda idraulica "per un pacchetto che pesa meno di 1 kg" la spedizione è stata inviata a 120km dal mio comune di residenza per errore di chi ha effettuato la spedizione io non sono stato rimborsato e mi sono dovuto prendere carico di un ulteriore ritiro merce da parte di un corriere privato per far sì che il prodotto mi fosse consegnato a domicilio... Morale della favola ho pagato un display del valore di 22€ la bellezza di 80€. VERGOGNOSO!!!!! Già all'epoca chiamato ma non ho avuto informazioni in merito alla sostituzione della parte interessata. Per il costo del forno non dovrebbe succedere una cosa del genere...
