Ero in cerca di un professionista che mi potesse aiutare per un bonus sulla casa, mi trovai così a parlare con il proprietario, all’apparenza molto gentile e molto preparato.
Consegnai i documenti per l’avvio dello studio della pratica e per ben “due mesi” nessuno mi ha fatto sapere niente??. Sollecito più volte una risposta sulle tempistiche e più volte mi viene detto che il tecnico mi avrebbe chiamato in settimana. Ovviamente…. non sono mai stato contattato!
Stanco della presa in giro chiedono riavere i documenti….E qui viene il bello: Chiamo il titolare varie volte e non risponde….
Passo in studio e la segretaria mi dice che i documenti non sono completi.
Ripasso dopo tre settimane e ancora nulla!
Tutto questo per avere i documenti della mia casa indietro.
Nemmeno una scusa, nemmeno un accenno di spiegazione per le mancanze..
Per tutto il tempo perso che mi hanno fatto perdere. Totalmente inaffidabili meriterebbero di fare ben altro lavoro.
Sono amareggiato e scandalizzato dall’assenza di professionalità di questo studio. vergogna....

I was looking for a professional who could help me for a bonus on the house, so I found myself talking to the owner, who appeared to be very kind and very knowledgeable.
I handed over the documents for the start of the study of the case and for a good "two months" nobody let me know anything??. I ask for an answer on the timing several times and I am told several times that the technician would have called me during the week. Obviously…. I have never been contacted!
Tired of the teasing they ask for the documents back .... And here comes the beauty: I call the owner several times and he doesn't answer….
I go to the office and the secretary tells me that the documents are not complete.
Review after three weeks and still nothing!
All this to get my home documents back.
Not even an apology, not even a hint of an explanation for the shortcomings ..
For all the wasted time they made me lose. Totally unreliable they deserve to do much more work.
I am embittered and scandalized by the lack of professionalism of this studio. shame....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho installato con loro sia le zanzariere che una pergotenda,devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto dei lavori,soprattutto dei ragazzi che hanno montato la pergotenda.
In fase di rilevazione delle misure ci sono stati degli errori che sono però stati velocemente risolti. Quando si lavora si può sbagliare ma l’importante è essere professionali nel risolverli!
Esperienza molto positiva!
I installed both mosquito nets and a pergola with them, I must say that I was satisfied with the work, especially the guys who assembled the pergola.
During the measurement phase there were some errors which were quickly resolved. When you work you can make mistakes but the important thing is to be professional in solving them!
Very positive experience!
