Personalmente l'unico neo risulta nella tipologia di poltrone, che seppur comode, a causa di uno strano meccanismo risultano reclinabili in modo automatico... ciò può creare un certo disagio fastidioso... A lovely recently restored multiplex cinema located in a nice residential area of Palermo. Personale cordiale ed accogliente. 5 stelle meritate. Completely renovated cinema! Room 4 is very large with a huge screen and 3D sound! There are crates scattered all over the walls and on the roof. Questa frase non significa davvero che il cliente ha sempre ragione però significa che l'imprenditore parte dalle comodità del cliente e non dalle sue. Partiamo dall'assenza dello schermo alla cassa sul quale puoi vedere lo schema della sala e vedi così la posizione della fila e del posto. Poi che cosa sia questa pausa durante il film?! Per quale motivo le persone vanno al cinema, per approfondire nel film, per viverlo al meglio e questa pausa rovina tutto! E poi dov'è finita la pubblicità dei film che stanno per uscire?! Perché all'inizio c'è solo la pubblicità? Forse voi non lo sapete ma la maggior parte di persone è molto più attratta dai trailer al cinema che a casa e avendolo visto al cinema successivamente viene a guardare il film, è un effetto psicologico perché i trailer visti a casa fanno vedere subito tutte le pecche mentre quelli al cinema no! Scusate, ma il servizio che fornisce Italia è peggio spesso di quello dell'URSS. L'ultimo: il BAGNO! Non siete un cinema grandissimo ma non siete piccoli, come mai c'è solo un bagno e tutti devono fare la fila?! Hm, e quanto spesso lo lavate?
