L'unica cosa che risulta diversa dal solito, perché non siamo abituati ad un rapporto così distanziato, non ti fanno entrare negli uffici ma bisogna restare fuori dalla struttura e da una finestra ti passano i documenti, insolito! Però alla fine ho ottenuto quello che mi serviva! Grazie all'operatore!
