Appartenne ai Brambilla di Merlino, poi dal 1930 ai Rizzi che l'affittarono a Luigi Bareggi, primo sindaco di Settala dopo la liberazione. Successivamente il podere fu messo in vendita e acquistato da Casimiro Bareggi, figlio di Luigi.
 Large farmhouse certainly prior to 1866, located in the center of the town of Settala. It belonged to the Brambilla family of Merlino, then from 1930 to the Rizzi family who rented it to Luigi Bareggi, the first mayor of Settala after the liberation. Subsequently the estate was put up for sale and purchased by Casimiro Bareggi, son of Luigi.
