★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un paesino in cui fare alcune foto carine, non c'e' moltissimo ma se passate da qui vale la pena soffermarsi. La parte piu' bella e' senz'altro l'ingresso attraverso le mura con la cascata accanto. Dopo una breve visita a Nepi consiglio invece di proseguire per pochi chilometri piu' avanti, parcheggiare la macchina presso il ristorante La Quercia e da li' a piedi ritornare indietro di circa 100 metri sulla strada e fare il percorso di via Amerina, sara' una piacevole scoperta.. vi ritroverete in un bosco con catacombe antichissime scavate nella roccia...a questo punto scendete al fiume che vedrete giu' alla vostra sinistra ( consigliabile avere scarpe da trekking - e, perche' no, anche i bastoncini ), prendete il ponticello "sgarrupato" ? alla vostra destra e da li' la strada vi guidera'. Allego foto di questo piacevole itinerario naturalistico-archeologico.
A small town in which to take some nice photos, there is not a lot but if you pass by here it is worth stopping by. The most beautiful part is undoubtedly the entrance through the walls with the waterfall next to it. After a short visit to Nepi I recommend instead to continue for a few kilometers further, park the car at the La Quercia restaurant and from there walk back about 100 meters on the road and take the path of via Amerina, it will be a pleasant discovery .. you will find yourself in a wood with ancient catacombs carved into the rock ... at this point go down to the river that you will see down on your left (it is advisable to have trekking shoes - and, why not, also poles), take the "ramshackle" bridge is on your right and from there the road will guide you. I attach photos of this pleasant naturalistic-archaeological itinerary.
