Si parlava il grecanico, lingua sopravvissuta a Gallicianò che faceva parte della Diocesi di Bova. La sua storia è legata alla Sede dell`Episcopio e del Seminario.
Bova is a small town in Aspromonte, rich in a thousand-year-old tradition. It is the capital of Bovesìa and was an ancient Greek-Byzantine diocese. Greek was spoken, a language that survived Gallicianò which was part of the Diocese of Bova. Its history is linked to the Episcopal and Seminary See.
