Esempio ammirevole di come vengono impiegate le risorse ricevute. Incantevoli i vicoli il ripristino originario dell'architettonico. Le vallate che lo circondano, la cordialità e la disponibilità degli abitanti. Ma ancor di più questo piccolo locale, prodotti locali, trasformati in pietanze uniche e rare dall'Artista, proprietario del locale Marcello. Persona umile, gentile, famigliare. Grazie Marcello Bova is a unique village of its kind, certainly for those who have managed over the years in the interest of the whole Italian community. V	Vlasta el Prago on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malá příjemná restaurace. Chutné místní pokrmy a velké porce za příznivé ceny. Až se příště do Bovy vypravíme, určitě přijdeme znovu na oběd! Small nice restaurant. Delicious local dishes and large portions at reasonable prices. The next time we go to Bova, we will definitely come back for lunch!
g	galvitour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ancora una volta il ristorantino “Al Borgo” di Marcello Mafrica, a Bova, per intenderci “Chora tu Vua”, non ha smentito l’ottima qualità gastronomica. All’inizio il buonissimo antipasto di prodotti tipici accompagnato da un buon vino rosso riesce a zittire i palati più fini. I più coraggiosi riescono ad arrivare al primo o al secondo, ma l’impresa, posso assicurare, è un po’ difficoltosa. Il tiramisù al bergamotto è sublime, mangiare per credere. Una continua simpatia è il cameriere “Nino”, una vera carica di buonumore, molto contagioso. Per finire, in giro tra i vicoli di Bova, il percorso storico è d’obbligo. Arrivederci, per un ritorno “Al Borgo” dal bravissimo Marcello.

Siamo arrivati seguendo il navigatore che ci ha fatto percorrere una mulattiera nell'ultimo tratto. Anche questo è stato un valore aggiunto alla splendida giornata trascorsa a Bova, in quanto ci ha permesso di parcheggiare proprio di fronte al locale. Il proprietario ci aspettava e abbiamo scelto un tavolo adiacente alla finestra con veduta sulle vallate circostanti. Abbiamo scelto il menu completo di tutto. Iniziamo con antipasti, 'Nduja sul fornello a forma di maialino, bruschette, lascerò parlare le foto. Il proprietario ci illustrava le varie pietanze mentre le serviva al tavolo. Abbiamo rifiutato il dolce perché strapieni. Caffè e amaro hanno concluso il lauto pasto. Soddisfattisimi. It was on Saturday, June 26th, we remembered this place where we had already been once last year. One phone call and off you go. We arrived following the navigator who made us take a mule track in the last stretch. This too was an added value to the wonderful day spent in Bova, as it allowed us to park right in front of the venue. The owner was waiting for us and we chose a table next to the window with a view of the surrounding valleys. We chose the full menu of everything. Let's start with appetizers, 'Nduja on the stove in the shape of a pig, bruschetta, I'll let the photos do the talking. The owner showed us the various dishes while serving them at the table. We refused the dessert because they were full. Coffee and amaro concluded the lavish meal. Satisfy me.
