★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non una bella struttura, fatiscente e necessiterebbe di una profonda ristrutturazione. Risulta curata solo la parte centrale della tribuna per ospitare i "VIP". I servizi igienici sono essenziali e anch'essi andrebbero riammodernati ed ampliati.
 Not a beautiful structure, crumbling and would need a profound restructuring. Only the central part of the grandstand is cured to host the "VIPs". The toilets are essential and they too should be modernized and expanded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da Lupacchiotto, ieri in un evento di partita amichevole più unica che rara, nonostante il gemellaggio tra le due tifoserie...sono rimasto deluso...manto erboso uno dei più buoni visti negli ultimi tempi nei diversi stadi, tribuna con copertura a mio modo di vedere parziale, da cui si vede bene partita, curva Sud Arezzo ancora da coprire, ma soprattutto non se pò tenere una tribuna Maratona in questo stato e chiusa e la curva ospiti...come seduto sui marciapiedi.
Gli Aretini tengono all'Arezzo ed allo stadio ma non viceversa...
AREZZO MERITA UNO STADIO MIGLIORE
From Lupacchiotto, yesterday in an event of friendly match more unique than rare, despite the twinning between the two supporters ... I was disappointed ... turf one of the most good seen in recent times in the different stadiums, stand with cover to my partial way of seeing, from which you can clearly see the game, curve South Arezzo still to be covered, but above all if you can't keep a Marathon grandstand in this state and closed and the guests curve ... like sitting on the sidewalks.
The Aretini keep the Arezzo and the stadium but not vice versa ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impianto che incute sicuramente rispetto.C'ero stato a fine anni 90 e : la gradinata di fronte alla tribuna coperta è sempre chiusa al pubblico, mentre la curva di casa è stata ricostruita ed è veramente imponente.
Settore ospiti molto capiente, con tornello e bar ben rifornito.
A system that certainly commands respect. I had been there at the end of the 90s and: the steps in front of the covered grandstand are always closed to the public, while the curve of the house has been rebuilt and is truly impressive.
Very large guest area, with turnstile and well-stocked bar.
