Da 35 euro taglio e asciugatura a 45 euro...é noto che i parrucchieri giocano anche su questo. Niente da dire (certo, si puó osservare che 10 euro siano francamente tanti per una manciatina di crema...). Solo troverei giusto chiedere al cliente se vuole o meno questi prodotti, in modo che almeno possa scegliere....non che si ritrovi 45 euro alla cassa....sarebbe allora piú trasparente mettere in listino direttamente 45 euro. Se dovessi tornare, prima di iniziare chiederó che non mi venga applicato nessun prodotto. Vorrei poter pagare tranquillamente il prezzo come da listino, altrimenti...variate il listino! Good service. Good professionalism. The price list, however, is varied by the use of creams. From € 35 cutting and drying to € 45 ... hairdressers are known to play on this too. Nothing to say (of course, it can be observed that 10 euros are frankly a lot for a handful of cream ...). Only I would find it right to ask the customer if he wants these products or not, so that at least he can choose ... not that he finds himself 45 euros at the checkout .... it would then be more transparent to put 45 euros on the price list directly. If I come back, before starting I will ask that no product be applied to me. I wish I could easily pay the price as per the price list, otherwise ... change the price list!

Sono arrivata con tante idee su ciò che volevo fare e Lorena ha saputo consigliarmi il taglio e il balayage giusto. I prezzi sono nella media di Milano e ho trovato molto professionale che l'importo totale mi sia stato comunicato prima di iniziare. I went for the first time a week and ago and I will definitely be back. I came with many ideas on what I wanted to do and Lorena was able to advise me on the right cut and balayage. I have always looked for a hairdresser who could advise me and not just listen and perform. The prices are average in Milan and I found it very professional that the total amount was communicated to me before starting.

Ho effettuato un taglio e piega in questo salone, speravo di trovare nuovamente Erik (il parrucchiere che mi tagliò i capelli tempo fa) ma non essendo più parte del team sono stata seguita da Valentina ( o la e-mail di Uala mi indica il nominativo Maria Grazia, il nome non lo ricordo esattamente). Tralasciando il taglio, in merito al quale mi sono state prospettate due soluzioni entrambe non in linea con la mia richiesta, aggiungo ragionevole richiesta, dato che il successivo parrucchiere da cui mi sono recata per sistemare il taglio è riuscito a comprendermi e venirmi incontro. Il vero problema è arrivato con la piega, perché sono stata ustionata con il calore del phon al punto da avere non solo fastidio e bruciore in diversi punti del cuoio capelluto ma la cute è stata lesa al punto da essermi ritrovata una vera e propria piaghetta post bruciatura (in foto). Le opzioni a mia disposizione sono diverse, valuterò il da farsi. Comprensibilmente non mi sento di consigliarlo… Unfortunately, I find myself forced to leave an extremely negative review unlike most of the customers who have expressed themselves. Leaving aside the cut, regarding which two solutions were proposed to me both not in line with my request, I add a reasonable request, since the next hairdresser I went to to fix the cut was able to understand me and meet me. The real problem came with the fold, because I was burned with the heat of the hairdryer to the point of not only having discomfort and burning in different points of the scalp but the skin was damaged to the point of having found a real post sore. burn (pictured). The options available to me are different, I will evaluate what to do. Understandably, I don't feel like recommending it ...

I have now been to City Hair Fashion two times and I cannot express my happiness with everything they offer! Reasonable prices, patience and friendliness of the staff, and (of course) the quality of the cut, color, and styling that I have experienced both times! I highly recommend this business to anyone who is searching for top quality at a reasonable price! (Elisa is amazing!)
