Al bisogno farò visita di nuovo da City Center I changed the battery to my P10 Lite and it's back as good as new. Friendly guys, excellent service and in minutes. Personalmente sono andato per un problema ad un iPhone XR che non si accendeva più. Dopo essere andato alla Apple ed essermi sentito dire che il telefono non poteva essere riparato..e quindi potevano solo sostituirlo a mie spese me ne sono tornato a casa amareggiato. Ho provato a contattare diversi centri assistenza per farlo riparare ma nessuno si è preso la briga di farlo, invece loro hanno quasi immediatamente capito quale potesse essere il problema e mi hanno detto orientativamente quale sarebbe stata la spesa (in questo devo congratularmi per la correttezza) quindi non avendo altre alternative ho deciso di farlo provare a sistemare e nell’arco di tre giorni ho avuto il mio telefono perfettamente funzionante recuperando tutte le foto e files che ormai avevo dati per persi!! Davvero un ottimo lavoro ? Bene ragazzi avete un nuovo cliente! ? A tip for those who care a lot about their phone ... trust these guys without hesitation! Personally I went for a problem with an iPhone XR that would not turn on anymore. After going to Apple and being told that the phone could not be repaired .. and therefore they could only replace it at my expense, I went home embittered. I tried to contact several service centers to get it repaired but no one bothered to do it, instead they almost immediately understood what the problem could be and told me roughly what the expense would be (in this I must congratulate for the correctness) so having no other alternatives, I decided to try to fix it and within three days I had my phone in perfect working order, recovering all the photos and files that I had lost for now !! Really great job ? Well you guys have a new client! ?

Una triste mattina il mio telefono cade in acqua, ricordandomi di quel negozio corro a portargli il mio telefono. Entro pochi minuti il cellulare era nelle loro mani. Uno dei titolari mi informa che poteva provare a fargli un trattamento che leva l'acqua da ogni angolo del telefono, il costo dell'operazione era 30 euro e che ci sarebbero voluti due giorni. Torno dopo due giorni, l'altro gestore mi informa che avremmo dovuto sostituire praticamente metà telefono, ovvero tutta la parte dello schermo e che l'operazione sarebbe costata 120 euro... Per un telefono che avevo comprato ricondizionato a 100 mi sembrava un prezzo esagerato. Decido di non procedere, ma mi chiesero comunque i 30 euro per il trattamento, io glieli ho dato senza esitazione, d'altronde era quello che avevamo pattuito. Tornata a Catania porto il telefono dal mio riparatore di fiducia, lo apre davanti a me e mi informa che l'acqua non aveva fatto nessun danno maggiore, ma che ci voleva mezzo schermo perché nell'aprirlo (operazione compiuta dai ragazzi di city center) era stato reciso un collegamento tra lo schermo e il telefono. Mi mostra il pezzo che in effetti risultava lacerato. Oggi sono tornata da loro per chiedere spiegazioni e quantomeno il rimborso per un'operazione che non solo non era andata a buon fine, ma aveva anche danneggiato ulteriormente il mio telefono. Avessero quantomeno riconosciuto il loro comportamento e mi avessero rimborsato i soldi avrei evitato di scrivere in recensione una così brutta esperienza. Even though I'm from Catania, I used to pass the shop every day to go to the office. One sad morning my phone falls into the water, reminding me of that shop I run to bring him my phone. Within minutes the cell phone was in their hands. One of the owners informs me that he could try to give him a treatment that removes the water from every corner of the phone, the cost of the operation was 30 euros and that it would take two days. I'll be back after two days, the other manager informs me that we would have had to replace practically half the phone, that is the whole part of the screen and that the operation would have cost 120 euros ... For a phone that I had bought refurbished at 100 it seemed like a price exaggerated. I decide not to proceed, but they still asked me for the 30 euros for the treatment, I gave them to them without hesitation, on the other hand it was what we had agreed. Back in Catania I take the phone to my trusted repairman, he opens it in front of me and he informs me that the water had not done any major damage, but that it took half a screen to open it (operation carried out by the city center guys) a link had been severed between the screen and the phone. He shows me the piece that was actually torn. Today I went back to them to ask for an explanation and at least a refund for an operation that not only failed, but also further damaged my phone. Had they at least acknowledged their behavior and refunded me the money, I would have avoided writing such a bad experience in review.

I am fully satisfied with how they work, with the timing and with their friendliness to the point that I am renewing all my devices with small maintenance and battery changes.

Ad oggi, dopo quasi 3 settimane, il telefono funziona perfettamente, proprio come prima. Grazie ai ragazzi del city center! I had dropped the phone in water and I brought my phone here to do the chemical wash in order to remove any oxidized or otherwise damaged parts with contact with water. To date, after almost 3 weeks, the phone is working perfectly, just like before. Thanks to the guys from the city center!
