I ragazzi sono estremamente cordiali e ben preparati, il tutto "condito" da un efficienza ed una rapidità notevole( ho portato loro un pc da assemblare e me lo hanno restituito in meno di 24 ore). I prezzi sono nella media, con l'aggiunta,come già detto, di un ottima assistenza. P.s: mai visto un cable management migliore!! Akis Informatica is highly recommended! The guys are extremely friendly and well prepared, all "seasoned" with a remarkable efficiency and speed (I brought them a pc to assemble and they returned it to me in less than 24 hours). Prices are average, with the addition, as already mentioned, of excellent assistance. P.s: never seen a better cable management !!

Ho comprato telefonicamente un portatile hp il 16 dicembre 2021, in 30 minuti dalla chiamata, dietro mia esplicita richiesta a causa dell'estrema urgenza, mi hanno fatto trovare il PC con tutti i software già installati, incluso il programma di tele assistenza ed in regalo mi hanno dato la valigetta porta laptop originale da viaggio. Prodotti di buona qualità a prezzi concorrenziali. Oggi, a distanza di due mesi dall'acquisto, avevo necessità di trasferire delle immagini presenti su un CD in un file sul pennino... Non sapendo a chi rivolgermi li ho contattati e Ivan, super cortese, non ha esitato un secondo nel dirmi che ci avrebbe pensato lui ed anche oggi, in 5 minuti, mi ha risolto un problema molto importante (gratuitamente). Entrambe le esperienze sono state super positive. Da cliente oramai fidelizzata non posso che consigliarlo caldamente a chiunque abbia necessità di assistenza/ acquisto di prodotti informatici e tecnologici. Grazie mille per la gentilezza. I bought an hp laptop by phone on December 16, 2021, in 30 minutes from the call, at my explicit request due to extreme urgency, they made me find the PC with all the software already installed, including the remote assistance program and as a gift they gave me the original travel laptop case. Good quality products at competitive prices. Today, two months after the purchase, I needed to transfer some images from a CD into a file on the pen ... Not knowing who to contact, I contacted them and Ivan, super courteous, did not hesitate a second in telling me that he would think about it and even today, in 5 minutes, he solved a very important problem for me (for free). Both experiences have been super positive. As a loyal customer, I can only warmly recommend it to anyone who needs assistance / purchase of IT and technological products.
