Per la precisione vengo invitato ad uscire dal punto vendita per il rispetto delle norme anticovid, ma dopo avermi fatto uscire fanno entrare una coppia di loro amici, vergognoso, per quanto mi riguarda non metterò più piede li dentro.
 Shopping experience never happened, disrespectful and rude staff. To be precise, I am invited to leave the store for compliance with the anticovid rules, but after letting me out they let a couple of their friends in, shamefully, as far as I'm concerned I won't set foot there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alcuni post precedenti mi avevano un po' spaventata, in realtà sono andata per la prima volta in questo negozio e ho trovato un personale preparato, che sa consigliare, rispettoso e gentile, per questo ci sono tornata volentieri; oltre al fatto che si può trovare libri , giochi, idee regalo per tutte l età ( anche per adulti ).
Consigliatissimo!
Some previous posts had scared me a bit, in reality I went to this shop for the first time and I found a trained staff, who knows how to advise, respectful and kind, that's why I gladly went back; in addition to the fact that you can find books, games, gift ideas for all ages (even for adults).
Highly recommended!
