Ieri domenica ho fatto 20 km per recarmi nel negozio,e quando sono arrrivato era chiuso.che delusione per il bambino.☹☹☹ Shop with very nice games, constructive and difficult to find in large retailers. Too bad for the wrong Sunday hours on the website. Yesterday Sunday I went 20 km to go to the shop, and when I arrived it was closed. What a disappointment for the boy.

In questo punto vendita abbiamo acquistato un prodotto con esposto un prezzo ma una volta in cassa è stato applicato un altro prezzo. Da commerciante la trovo una mancanza abbastanza grave, anche se la differenza è irrisoria andrebbe fatta presente da subito . Mi hanno messo nelle condizioni di tornare indietro e chiedere se il sovrapprezzo era dovuto alla confezione regalo. We are customers of the chain for years. Neanche il tempo di entrare e vengo aggredita da una delle due commesse del negozio. Sono immediatamente uscita. Negozi di giocattoli ce ne sono tanti a Bergamo, i miei soldi a loro non li darò mai più. Really rude saleswoman. I went into the shop with the intention of buying some toys for a friend's baby.
