★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi darei anche zero stelle ma non è possibile. Personale incompetente, cafone e maleducato. Non è capace di capire come funzionano le code e una volta fatto notare alzano subito i toni come se stessero facendo le cose giuste. Mai più. Esperienza davvero negativa.
In più non rispondono mai al telefono
If I could I would give even zero stars but it is not possible. Incompetent, ignorant and rude staff. He is not able to understand how the queues work and once he points out they immediately raise the tone as if they were doing the right things. Never again. Really bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile prendere contatti con il Patronato. Si perdono ore per stare in attesa al telefono, inutilmente. Chiedendo aiuto al CAF (rispondono) non sanno che pesci pigliare perché sono uffici separati. Per disperazione ho provato a contattare anche il Patronato di Alzano: gli orari segnati on line sono sbagliati e quando sono chiusi la segreteria, che non specifica gli orari in cui chiamare, riattacca la conversazione. Una situazione kafkiana.
