★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo...ora che c'è il covid ovviamente senza appuntamento non ricevono, ma è impossibile prenderlo o chiedere info perché al telefono non risponde mai nessuno e per fare qualsiasi cosa diventa un problema.
Se potevo davo un punteggio ancora più basso.
Bad service ... now that there is the covid obviously they do not receive without an appointment, but it is impossible to take it or ask for info because no one ever answers on the phone and doing anything becomes a problem.
If I could I gave an even lower score.

Il mio referente Cisl è stato Francesco non di Terni ma a Terni per amore dalla Puglia. Gentile e attento come pure Dayana, Cristina e Roberta. Faccio parte di questo sindacato dal 1962 e ho ritrovato anche Florindo, vecchietto quasi come me, che mi ha riconosciuto e baciato al ricordo di quando eravamo più giovani e forse credevamo di più nell'avvenire migliore del nostro destino!!???
I was there this morning to complete the 730 2019 form. Waiting long enough with several nice people. My Cisl referent was Francesco not from Terni but in Terni for love from Puglia. Kind and caring as well Dayana, Cristina and Roberta. I have been part of this union since 1962 and I also found Florindo, an old man almost like me, who recognized me and kissed me when I was younger and perhaps we believed more in the future better than our destiny !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza fiscale pessima, se si vogliono avere informazioni corrette è necessario contattare personalmente l' agenzia delle entrate, questo sarebbe il minimo sforzo se fossero in grado di indirizzare le persone. Incompetenza e presunzione prevalgono! Intanto la CISL avrá un' iscritta in meno!
Bad tax assistance, if you want to have correct information you need to personally contact the revenue agency, this would be the least effort if they were able to refer people. Incompetence and presumption prevail! Meanwhile, the CISL will have one less member!
