Se ne va con 30 Euro di chiamata, quando prima: - Avevo compilato il form sul loro sito - Inviato una E-Mail con tutte le info e foto - Avevo poi chiamato sollecitando l'intervento ma, sembra che non leggono ne EMail ne form.... Il tecnico che è stato mandato da me non ha rispettato l'orario dell'appuntamento che lui stesso mi aveva dato di 40 minuti. Ha messo in difficoltà gli studenti che vivono nel mio appartamento chiedendo loro di pagare "perché non posso aspettare c'ho da fa" invece di aspettare il mio arrivo come gli avevo gentilmente chiesto. Ho chiamato per segnalare il comportamento scorretto e mi è stato risposto dal titolare che era un mio problema. Per prezzi come i loro, si trova di meglio. Una stella pure troppo. Mi hanno fatto aspettare 2 giorni per poi darmi un prodotto compatibile della Blue Power acquistato su Amazon a 15,99 e vendutomi a 28!!!! Ho avvisato la ditta Dyson, questi comportamenti sono intollerabili, è una vera e propria fregatura! L' ho dovuto prendere perché era urgente avendo in casa 5 animali! Se mi dicevano di non averlo originale lo acquistavo io su Amazon o provavo altrove, così è un imbroglio e a nessuno piace essere imbrogliato!!!!! State attenti! I couldn't put 0 stars. D	Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio storico molto fornito, prezzi onesti e concorrenziali sia per ricambi che per elettrodomestici, servizio impeccabile di assistenza, personale gentile e professionale peccato per una commessa (generalmente trovata di mattina) che sta al punto vendita Aleardi che con voce stridula dopo avermi fatto attendere minuti interminabili al telefono per avere informazioni su un pezzo di ricambio presente in catalogo, mi viene ordinato ma dopo svariati giorni di attesa invano mi contatta dicendo che il pezzo è fuori produzione...mha! Una signorina prende il telefono sparisce nel retrobottega e tornando mi dice "non possiamo fare nulla ma Lei con chi ha parlato?" sicuramente con uno stipendiato da Voi!!!! Non seri. Sono molto molto forniti dei più disparati ricambi per elettrodomestici. Non ultimo ho trovato un interruttore di accensione di un vecchissimo elettrodomestico che gli ha ridato vita. Li consiglio vivamente. Personale molto esperto ed anche molto disponibile. Unica piccola pecca se così possiamo dire, ma giustificata dalla rarità a volte del pezzo ricercato è probabilmente il prezzo... Comunque provate per credere?!!!! Well supplied.
