Mi ci sono recato diverse volte con servizi impeccabili ma con tempi di attesa estenuanti. Everything can be improved, especially when dealing with people with problems. Tuttavia è praticamente impossibile prendere un appuntamento telefonicamente perché nessuno risponde al telefono. Non è proprio possibile migliorare questo aspetto? Basterebbe qualcuno che risponda al telefono e prenda gli appuntamenti... All the operators are really prepared and courteous and do a very heavy job, collecting many requests every day.
