Arrivata alla cassa ho chiesto se era possibile fare il reso la prima risposta è stata che alle 20 e 30 avrebbero chiuso! un commesso e una commessa molto scortesi mi hanno indicato dove erano gli articoli da me richiesti! Insistendo di farmi un buono. Per non finire alle 20 e 15 il commesso si è messo a urlare che doveva chiudere la cassa e quindi dovevano andarcene! Sono senza parole! Al giorno d'oggi è pieno di gente senza lavoro persone così maleducate non dovrebbero stare a contatto con il pubblico! I went to the store on 12/13 at 7:45 pm to make a change. A	Alessia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesse scortesi innanzitutto, mezz'ora per trovare un/a commessa/o e quando finalmente ne trovi una, chiacchiera con la collega di tutt'altro e quando ti avvicini ti guardano male che sembra quasi che le hai disturbate. Vabbè almeno riesci a chiedere info, ti dice che puoi utilizzare un buono su un determinato articolo così ti fai un'altra mezz'ora di fila alla cassa per pagare, per infine sentirsi dire che alla fine non era utilizzabile su quell'articolo. Mai più. Rude shop assistants first of all, half an hour to find a shop assistant and when you finally find one, chat with your colleague about something else and when you approach them they look at you badly that it almost seems that you have disturbed them. Oh well at least you can ask for info, it tells you that you can use a voucher on a certain item so you queue up for another half hour at the checkout to pay, only to be told that in the end it was not usable on that item. Alle casse purtroppo c’è perennemente coda (non solo a Natale, sempre!), quando riesci a trovare qualcuno per chiedere informazioni ti sbuffano in faccia o appaiono piuttosto infastiditi, parlano tra loro di cose personali ad alta voce e non ti considerano. La signora alla cassa ha urlato tutto il tempo con il collega parlando male di qualche altra commessa. Ci abbiamo messo quasi 2 ore per riuscire a fare un cambio anche per colpa delle continue informazioni non corrette che ci sono state fornite. Peccato perché la merce è davvero bella. I was in the shop a few days ago (and it wasn't the first time). The place is very nice and clean, tidy, the only flaw is the staff. Unfortunately, there is always a queue at the checkout (not only at Christmas, always!), When you manage to find someone to ask for information they snort in your face or appear rather annoyed, talk to each other about personal things aloud and do not consider you. The lady at the cashier screamed at her colleague the whole time talking badly about some other saleswoman. It took us almost 2 hours to be able to make a change also due to the constant incorrect information that was provided to us. Too bad because the goods are really beautiful.
