My experience: I came early afternoon, shop nearly empty, I waited 15 minutes for a (nice) consultant, got my articles (the consultant was shared between several things but she made it) - then I was offered a yearly abonement and we had to spend some time with her tablet, which was not able to complete the registration, then a "generic" error arose, I renounced to this abo and had to put myself behind 10 people in the (only) queue, then the "generic error" grasped also the payment systems and the queue turned on to be a wait queue, then I decided to simply go, since I did not steal my time ... ;) and frankly speaking... enough was enough.
