 Appetizers, wine, pappardelle with hare sauce, tagliatelle with white Chianina ragù exceptional. Too bad that the pappardelle with truffles I didn't know about truffles or anything else ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gioiellino incastonato fra le colline umbre. Qui si mangia benissimo sia la cucina tipica locale che la cucina italiana. Ottimo anche per compleanni e piccole cerimonie. Non è da meno la pizza. Prenotate però perché è sempre pieno.
Jewel set among the Umbrian hills. Here you can eat very well both the typical local cuisine and the Italian cuisine. Also great for birthdays and small ceremonies. The pizza is no exception. Book though because it is always full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza non positiva: abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per 13 persone. Aspettiamo almeno un quarto d'ora prima che qualcuno si accorge della nostra presenza. Alcuni ordinano il primo piatto, altri la tagliata con le patate. Ci portano un'ottima pizza in attesa delle pietanze ordinate. A seguire, arrivano le patate. Solo dopo arrivano le tagliate, ma non per tutti... Dopo una buona mezz'ora arriva l'ultima tagliata... Se avete carenza di personale, accettate le prenotazioni che riuscite a gestire, non fate aspettare i clienti ore intere per mangiare. Cibo buono. Camerieri gentili.
Not positive experience: we booked a table for 13 people. We wait at least a quarter of an hour before someone notices our presence. Some order the first course, others order the tagliata with potatoes. They bring us an excellent pizza while waiting for the ordered dishes. Next, come the potatoes. Only afterwards the cuts arrive, but not for everyone ... After a good half hour, the last cut arrives ... If you have a shortage of staff, accept the reservations you can manage, do not make customers wait for hours to eat . Good food. Friendly waiters.
