Brunella e Carlo bravi, efficienti e talmente simpatici che ti sembra di conoscerli da sempre. Hai la sensazione di mangiare a casa tua. Questa è una raffinatezza che pochi locali hanno. Real Abruzzo home cooking. Generous portions at very good prices. Brunella and Carlo are good, efficient and so nice that you seem to have known them forever. You have the feeling of eating in your own home. This is a refinement that few locals have.

Quando entri nel circolo Oasi, sembra di essere entrato in casa grazie al calore e all'accoglienza di Brunella, che ti fa sentire 'uno' di famiglia. Cucina semplice, senza fronzoli ma buona e genuina fatta di ingredienti e piatti tipici della tradizione abruzzese. Great is an understatement! When you enter the Oasi club, it seems to have entered the house thanks to the warmth and welcome of Brunella, who makes you feel 'one' of the family. Simple cuisine, without frills but good and genuine made of ingredients and typical dishes of the Abruzzo tradition.

ANDATE ASSOLUTAMENTE soprattutto se non siete abruzzesi, a riscoprire i gusti dell'Abruzzo verace, quello FORTE E GENTILE. Il Circolo l'Oasi si presenta come un locale modesto, la cuoca e proprietaria Brunella è una mamma dolce e premurosa, il marito della signora è di origini Ferraresi e parla con un' inflessione Abruzzese che sa di amore e orgoglio! Ho mangiato un arrosto misto che mi ha fatto quasi piangere di gioia, arrosto di agnello e pollo stufato (dei quali ho dimenticato di fare la foto tanto erano buoni) chitarra al ragù, pappardelle ai funghi, sagne fagioli e cotiche e la mia amata genziana a fine pasto. Un luogo semplice nel quale tornerò per assaggiare il baccalà! I came to Mrs. Brunella by pure chance, a friend of friends told us "you absolutely must go". And I repeat it to you !! ABSOLUTELY GO especially if you are not from Abruzzo, to rediscover the tastes of true Abruzzo, the STRONG AND KIND one. The Circolo l'Oasi looks like a modest place, the cook and owner Brunella is a sweet and caring mother, the lady's husband is of Ferrarese origins and speaks with an Abruzzese inflection that smacks of love and pride! I ate a mixed roast that almost made me cry with joy, roast lamb and stewed chicken (of which I forgot to take the photo they were so good) guitar with meat sauce, pappardelle with mushrooms, sagne beans and pork rinds and my beloved gentian at the end of the meal. A simple place to which I will return to taste cod!
