Complimenti per aver avuto l'accortezza di inserire nel menù anche queste proposte "alternative", così da riuscire a soddisfare i palati più esigenti, scettici e curiosi come il mio ♥️☺️. In merito all'atmosfera del locale, beh, quella è molto rilassante, quindi ottimo quadretto per un buon sabato sera ? The new sandwich, Omega 3, in my opinion is really delicious! Il pane è fatto direttamente da loro. Tanti tipi di birre artigianali. Ottimi i dolci. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato! The restaurant is located in the alleys of the historic center of Chieti. The sandwiches are large and unique and filled with fresh local products. The bread is made directly from them. L'atmosfera è molto particolare, si presenta come una vecchia taverna con luci soffuse e i piatti in ceramica tipicamente abruzzesi. La cucina è a vista, separata solamente da vetri, si ha il massimo della trasparenza. I piatti super gustosi e nella maniera più sana possibile, sono più sani di alcuni piatti che prepariamo a casa a volte, perché completamente preparati con ingredienti biologici. Gli abbinamenti degli ingredienti sono ricercati e basta dire che i panini sono fatti in casa per farvi rendere conto della loro morbidezza. Il personale è gentile ed efficiente. Super tasty and in the healthiest possible way, they are healthier than some dishes that we prepare at home sometimes, because they are completely prepared with organic ingredients. The combinations of ingredients are refined and it is enough to say that the sandwiches are homemade to make you aware of their softness. The staff are polite and efficient. Absolutely to visit!

Porzioni giuste, meglio se accompagnano il panino con coltello e forchetta (abbastanza voluminoso in altezza e moderno senza che sgusci cia è un pò complicato). Diverso dalla solita panieria di tipo "alti volumi di vendita". Ottima ed abbondante selezione di birre artigianali abruzzesi. Raramente ho visto una così ampia offerta. Molte le conoscevo già. Provate amaro a fine pasto: ottimo! Anche questo di produzione locale. Great experience !!! Try bitter at the end of the meal: excellent! This is also locally produced.

Le birre artigianali sono da provare tutte ma sono tante, si nota anche qui L’attenzione nella scelta dell assortimento. Anche i dolci fatti in casa ci hanno piacevolmente sorpreso. Ho dato 4 stelle solo per il conto un filino salato, ma torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio proprio di gusto! An excellence of Chieti street food, fresh, homemade, well-prepared and carefully chosen products. The craft beers are all to be tried but there are many, you can also notice here the attention in the choice of the assortment. The homemade desserts also pleasantly surprised us. I gave 4 stars only for the salty bill, but we will definitely be back and I recommend it just by taste!
