The premises of the Municipality of Parma should be restored in a consistent manner. Good standard cuisine at extremely low prices. Nice staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la seconda stella è per il signore che ci lavora che è gentilissimo. Ma i cappuccini, i caffè e le paste non sono commestibili, trovi caffè scadente, con polvere nera galleggiante nel latte che ha un sapore strano.... bisogna cambiare macchina o fornitore!
the second star is for the gentleman who works there who is very kind. But cappuccinos, coffees and pastas are not edible, you find substandard coffee, with black powder floating in the milk that has a strange taste .... you have to change the machine or supplier!
