Il Circolo nasce da un'idea della Signora Gianna Mazzetto che, dodici anni fa, decise di ricreare in Rovigo ciò che aveva respirato durante un viaggio a Parigi con il marito. La colpirono vicoli e piazze e quella piazza dove le persone oltre a comprare il pane, la frutta potevano visitare la Galleria d'Arte inserita magistralmente nel contesto. Questo è il Circolo Arti Decorative situato in Piazza Annonaria a Rovigo dal 25 giugno 2005.
La location oggi offre un ambiente positivo e un team di persone e artisti seri che ci lavorano con passione per offrire un ricco calendario di corsi e Mostre d'arte, interessante.
This is the seat of the "Decorative Arts Cultural Circle".
Il Circolo was born from an idea of Mrs. Gianna Mazzetto who, twelve years ago, decided to recreate in Rovigo what she had breathed during a trip to Paris with her husband. The alleys and squares hit it and that square where people in addition to buying bread, fruit could visit the Art Gallery masterfully inserted in the context. This is the Decorative Arts Circle located in Piazza Annonaria in Rovigo since 25 June 2005.
The location today offers a positive environment and a team of serious people and artists who work with passion to offer an interesting calendar of courses and art exhibitions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovreste avvisare che il mercoledì rimane chiuso. Ieri siamo arrivati entusiasti di vedere i presepi. Ero con i ragazzi di Intercultura dall'Australia, Thailandia, India, Groenlandia e Canada. Abbiamo aspettato fino alle 17,00 e un signore gentile ci ha riferito che il mercoledì la piazza rimane chiusa. Sulla locandina c'è scritto tutti i giorni con orario : 10,00-12,30 e 16,30-19,30. Peccato davvero.
You should advise that Wednesday is closed. Yesterday we arrived excited to see the nativity scenes. I was with the Interculture boys from Australia, Thailand, India, Greenland and Canada. We waited until 17.00 and a gentleman told us that on Wednesday the square remains closed. On the poster there is written every day with times: 10.00-12.30 and 16.30-19.30. Too bad indeed.
