Al mio ragionare su quale officina scegliere per il traino mi sento dire "velocemente io ho altri interventi". Zurich connect spero che levi presto la convenzione per il soccorso stradale, lasciando spazio a gente competente e soprattutto gentile che sappia ASCOLTARE il cliente e non eseguire come una scimmia arrogante. Anche perché se tu con il carro attrezzi, chiamato da me perché la macchina ha un problema, mi chiedi di spostare più avanti l'auto per caricarla poi io sul mezzo non ha molto senso la tua presenza.

Cortese, rapido nel caricare l'auto immobilizzata, cortese e di poche parole e molti fatti, dettagli la procedura trattandosi di weekend (deposito e poi autofficine al lunedì). Il lunedì chiamo e mi dicono che per contratto commerciale devono consegnare entro mezzogiorno. Mi sembra molto regolato e quel che dovrebbe essere sempre.
