Gestione delle macchine veramente da suicidio, visto personalmente in che modo trattano le autovetture, ovvio che poi necessita intervento del meccanico. Giudizio nettamente negativo anzi pessimo. Mi sono recato da loro dopo che ho avuto un guasto in autostrada...la prima cosa che mi hanno detto che la macchina era da buttare essendo che si era rotta la cinghia..gli ho chiesto di farmi il preventivo e mi è stato detto che il costo era di 40€, poi diventati magicamente 240€ per le ore di lavoro che si sono inventati,inoltre il preventivo che mi avevano fatto era di 2700€, un altro meccanico mi ha detto che era un prezzo folle e con lui con 1400€ me la sono cavata,inoltre alla richiesta di dare una mano a caricare la macchina sul carro mi hanno sbattuto fuori senza aiutarmi SERVIZIO PESSIMO PERSONE PESSIME PREZZI PESSIMI NON CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO DI ANDARCI O TORNARCI Bad service !!! Mi hanno subito riparato la gomma nel giro di pochissimo tempo. Consigliatissimo. Friendly and attentive staff, especially the lady in reception was really kind and prepared. Causa fermo macchina in garanzia presso concessionario, mi danno auto sostitutiva con Europe Assistance. Il messaggio che mi arriva al telefono mi da numero prenotazione e mi invita a rivolgermi da loro per ritirare l'auto. Ho trovato diverse persone affacendate a manutenere i mezzi di soccorso di cui nessuna indossava la mascherina, anche quelle che mi hanno incrociato in ufficio, compreso la signora che si è occupata di compilare i documenti e consegnare il mezzo. Premetto che il mezzo prenotato per me da Europ Assistance è risultato incidentato e quindi mi hanno dovuto dare un'altro automezzo, nello specifico una panda. Non era igienizzato. Il dipendente che hanno mandato a fare il pieno era uno di quelli senza mascherina... una volta ritirato il mezzo ho trovato un maglione nel bagagliaio che ho riconsegnato in ufficio, nel parasole uno scontrino carburante di 20 giorni prima e il lavavetri era vuoto... Direi che non ci siamo. Rimandati a settembre. Nothing to say about their experience and professionalism as roadside assistance. Vi pare normale che una auto viene caricata su un carro attrezzi e l'addetto non chieda per prima cosa le chiavi? Servizio pessimo, non consigliato. Adesso tocca anche fare denuncia per la perdita delle chiavi alla società di noleggio dell'auto. Assurdo. Per il secondo carro ho atteso circa 2 ore e mezzo( era giunto il mezzogiorno). Dalla chiamata dell'operatore al suo arrivo 10 minuti, è sceso in garage con il booster ed ha effettuato l'avvio del veicolo rosolvendomi il problema. Considerato che il garage è a 200 m dal deposito dell' autosoccorso non si può dire che sia stato un ottimo servizio. Cmq. sono nel complesso soddisfatto. .
