Cipolla qualche giorno fa e la cortesia, la disponibilità e la gentilezza del sig. Mauro non hanno eguali rispetto a tutti gli acquisti che ho fatto probabilmente nella mia vita. La precisione con la quale mi ha fatto avere gli articoli (e io sono un pignolo notevole) è stata eccezionale. Ci sarà anche Amazon e company ma la qualità della vendita e del rapporto umano è imparagonabile. Tornerò a breve per altri acquisti senza alcun dubbio. Unfortunately I can't put 6 stars otherwise I would do it. I made a large and voluminous purchase from Mr. Cipolla a few days ago and the courtesy, availability and kindness of Mr. Mauro has no equal compared to all the purchases I made probably in my life. The precision with which he gave me the articles (and I am a fussy singer) was exceptional. There will also be Amazon and company, but the quality of sales and human relationships is incomparable. A	Alessandro Deghi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stato venduto un caricatore per iPhone di scarsa qualità e, nonostante lo abbia pagato anche più della controparte originale Apple, una volta tolto dalla scatola ed inserito nella presa è uscito dalla scatola con puntini simili ad una bruciatura nella parte del contatto della presa e la temperatura del caricatore era molto elevata. Dopo averlo prontamente riportato al venditore mi sono sentito dire che non vi fosse la possibilità di un rimborso (come previsto dalla legge) e per “risolvere il problema” la commessa ha messo la presa che si trovava nella confezione del mio caricatore in un’altra confezione in esposizione, così facendo un’altra persona potrebbe ricevere ad un prezzo realmente fuori mercato una spina difettosa e mi verrebbe da dire anche pericolosa a mio avviso. Per poi dare a mea me una presa nuova con noncuranza della mia richiesta di rimborso dell’intera cifra anzi, sono stato preso in giro con scuse per non darmi un rimborso legittimo, ho provato ad insistere ma la commessa mi ha mandato via molto scortesemente. Non tornerò mai più e non lo consiglierei. Per una volta che acquisto un prodotto in un negozio fisico ad un prezzo altissimo pensando che, per lo meno se avessi avuto problemi di questo tipo, avrei potuto parlare con persone fisiche che avrebbero potuto risolvere subito, acquistando da amazon mi sarebbe già stato restituito l’importo e il corriere a spese del negozio online avrebbe ritirato il prodotto difettoso, poi ci si chiede perché molti negozi fisici stiano scomparendo, se questa è la serietà... To then give me a new grip with carelessness of my request for a refund of the entire amount, indeed, I was made fun of with excuses for not giving me a legitimate refund, I tried to insist but the clerk sent me away very rudely. I will never go back and would not recommend it. For once I buy a product in a physical store at a very high price thinking that, at least if I had problems of this type, I could talk to individuals who could have solved it immediately, buying from amazon would have already been returned to me.
