Ho messo una stella di valutazione per le informazioni ricevute in negozio per il resto giudizio negativo finora. Aggiornamento:risolto problema da solo....ora castrovillari compare...chi fa' da ....rimedio sempre efficace....il problema forse era la mancanza di dati nel profilo personale?....ma scoperto da solo quindi altra pecca del sito. 7aprile2021:I prezzi online come sono?dipende dal giorno....anche se sono in offerta su un volantino che ha una data di inizio ed una di scadenza.oggi un prezzo domani o dopodomani chissa' anche se il volantino non e' scaduto trovi un altro prezzo a quanto pare boh.a me successo che il tagliacapelli da ritirare in negozio quindi consegna gratis era a 39,99 in offerta.prima di ricevere conferma dell'accettazione ordine e ripeto col volantino ancora attivo rifuardo l'articolo e....lo trovo a 32....ma IO lo paghero'....sempre 39,99(e dopo 7 giorni ancora non e' arrivato eh)ho reclamato ma indovinate chi ha torto tra me ed unieuro? Sono stato contattato telefonicamente dalla titolare, sig.ra Giada, la quale dopo essersi interfacciata con l'azienda per risolvere il mio malcontento, mi ha invitato a recarmi presso il suo punto vendita per consegnarmi un buono acquisto del valore di 70€. L'esatta differenza di prezzo dell'elettrodomestico praticato dal negozio con il prezzo presente sul sito Unieuro. Ho apprezzato tantissimo l'intervento della titolare, e, per tale ragione, voglio condividere la mia storia con coloro i quali leggeranno la mia recensione. Un gesto, questo, che è manifestazione di professionalità e serietà di gestione della clientela. In un mondo globalizzato il cui commercio è compromesso dai giganti dall'e-commerce; in un periodo nel quale l'economia nazionale è traballante tra pandemia e crisi finanziaria; trovare persone di questa caratura, e come trovare il classico ago nel pagliaio.
