A lot of confusion in the service. Slow checkout and orders not executed unless prompted at the counter. Valid products. There is a lack of staff training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro per mangiare una crêpe con nutella, nell’immagine esposta sui tavoli viene servita con piatto e forchetta; visto che consumo al tavolo e non in giro mi aspetto che venga servita così. Per mia amara sorpresa mi ritrovo con un cono gelato in mano con dentro la crêpe, senza nemmeno un tovagliolo. A parte il fatto che se mi mangio una crêpe potrei non avere per niente voglia di mangiarmi anche il cono (e se non lo si mangia è uno spreco di cibo) per di più la nutella fuoriusciva ovunque mano a mano che si mangiava (al tavolo non sono presenti i box dei tovaglioli perciò ti devi alzare e prenderli). Se volevo mangiare una cosa così la prendevo al banchetto presente in giro per l’outlet, costava anche meno. (Qui 5€ una crêpe servita così, il prezzo era corretto se il servizio fosse stato di altro tipo). Inoltre non fanno servizio al tavolo nemmeno se sono occupati solo 3 tavoli. La crêpe in se era ottima (almeno questo).
I go in to eat a crepe with Nutella, in the image displayed on the tables it is served with plate and fork; since I eat at the table and not around, I expect it to be served like this. To my bitter surprise I find myself with an ice cream cone in my hand with the crepe inside, without even a napkin. Apart from the fact that if I eat a crepe I might not want to eat the cone at all (and if you don't eat it it's a waste of food), moreover the Nutella spilled everywhere as you ate (at the table there are no napkin boxes so you have to get up and take them). If I wanted to eat something like this, I would take it at the banquet around the outlet, it cost even less. (Here 5 € a crepe served like this, the price was correct if the service had been of another type). They also don't do table service even if only 3 tables are occupied. The crepe itself was great (at least that).

I was here this afternoon after a long day at the Serravalle Outlet Designer sales! It is always a pleasure to come back and savor the goodness of the proposed quality. We ordered two crepes and weren't expecting them in the ice cream cone at all! Spectacular.
