You can buy your train ticket(s), hiking ticket(s) from here and get more information about the five towns.
Staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions. They can speak English as well if you are wondering.
Ps: you can send post cards from here too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The park is amazing, whether you want to walk through mountains with incredible views or whether you want a more comfortable trip through the villages in train or bus. Every village has it's own details and shapes which makes them unique. The colors, the sea, the streets, the people, everything is amazing. It's a real must if you visit Italy! The park has trains through all the villages and also buses (depending on your budget), trains are much faster and the stations are close to the villages, every station has a public restroom for thoose who pay for the entire day ticket, accommodations can be found inside the towns or outside in La Spezia (10 minutes away from the last village) or Levanto (also 5 minutes away from the first Village).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum and I are here for the weekend and wanted to know where the bus stop was. Came to to the tourist information centre and the male staff member was so RUDE and rolled his eyes when I asked a question about the bus! Absolutely disgusting behaviour! We ended up having to ask a lovely woman in the pharmacy in the end! Absolutely shocking attitude and behaviour.
