Il locale si presenta elegante e accogliente, il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Da provare assolutamente i dolci! Quello che si può subito notare appena si arriva è la pulizia degli ambienti e la cortesia dello staff. Lo stile accattivante e moderno degli interni fa da cornice alla raffinatezza e alla qualità dei piatti, opera della fantasia e della maestria degli chef, i quali propongono un ricercato menu ricco di piatti di terra e di mare. Ho mangiato varie portate e sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla bontà e dalla freschezza delle materie prime. Altrettanto sfiziosa è la varietà di pizze proposte, caratterizzate da un impasto a lunga lievitazione e dagli abbinamenti mai banali. A tal proposito, si può anche scegliere, come ho fatto io, una squisita base ai cinque cereali oppure una glutenfree. Infatti ho riscontrato che viene prestata grande attenzione alle eventuali allergie alimentari, con possibilità di avere alternative senza glutine e senza lattosio. Eravamo in cinquanta e, pur avendo prenotato con solo tre giorni di anticipo, il proprietario e tutto lo staff sono stati all'altezza delle aspettative, riscuotendo un ampio apprezzamento da parte di tutti. Il locale è elegante e luminoso, il personale gentilissimo e preparato. Ancora grazie al signor Mazzola per la sua cortesia e disponibilità. Per noi "Cinque Stelle" sono più che meritate. Superb service, extremely polite and friendly staff, great ambient, super clean and beautifully decorated and amazingly delicious food! There is not word how to express my satisfaction with this place. Great well done for the owner and all the staff working on Saturday when I was there with my family. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone who wants great food, nice place where to go for a lunch or dinner in a quiet and untouched Sicilian nature.
