The non-profit cinema is home to one of the most important film restoration foundations. The films shown to the public are a mix of (better) new films, classics, and cult favorites. All films are in original language with Italian and English subtitles. (Children films are dubbed) Come here to see Charlie Chaplin, Fellini, James Bond, and the latest Academy Award winner. Prices are very reasonable!

Location is great if you are not using a car because there is no private parking. Outside there is a resto bar service and a fresh product market. Because of covid there is distance between seats. For children they provide cushions for the seats so they can see the screen better. It has a vintage vibe and special selection of films. You can buy your tickets online too.

Nice movie theater in Bologna with some English movies. I have watched James Bond No time to die movie. Which was last movie of Daniel Craig. I loved the experience

The first time I visited this cinema was for an African film festival. My “plus one” was a dance therapist who was thirty years my elder. She knew very little English and talked to other men the entire time. I will cherish the memory of that night forever.

+ Here you can see films in versione originale! - Cinema hall has no angle so people ahead close the screen... No bar inside but there is smell of sigarets...

Nice location and environment. The room we were in wasn't particularly big and it seems geared towards art movies more than the blockbuster they showed (Dune). The seats closer to the screen and at the borders are a bit uncomfortable, but seats itself are quite nice. Overall very clean, good temperature, great audio and good quality of the screen.

One of the few theatres where they screen movies without dubbing. They also screen many classics. The place is in the arts school, there is a great vibe. The seats and the sound and video are not great but they still deliver a good experience
