Dotato di una sala di media grandezza per la proiezione cinematografica dove si proiettano film di ultima uscita e da rassegna d'essai, ha una buona acustica e una discreta disposizione spettatore - piano di proiezione. Si presta abbastanza bene anche alle rappresentazioni teatrali che ogni tanto ospita in cartellone con Rassegne dedicate.
Rappresenta una felice realtà che una volta era presente in quasi tutti i centri abitati italiani minori, punti di riferimento di tante generazioni.
Marsciano, come quasi tutti i borghi dell'Umbria, conserva la tradizione di mettere in scena eventi della tradizione popolare come il Carnevale che vede la partecipazione di una moltitudine di cittadini, soprattutto giovani, che animano questo importante centro.
