Totale 190 euro, di cui 150 di batteria e 40 di manodopera (totale lavoro: 40 minuti). Mi manda via senza niente in mano, torno indietro a reclamare almeno la garanzia della batteria. Lui mi dice che la garanzia è di 1 anno (falso, per legge è 2 anni) e che non deve darmi niente perché la garanzia è lui stesso. Insisto e mi dice che ha scritto sulla batteria nuova la data di installazione col pennarello e quello vale da garanzia. Insisto ancora e tra 1000 perplessità mi batte uno scontrino da 150 euro, senza battere la manodopera. Expensive and unfair. I go to him to replace the battery of a small car.
