Mi serve una ragazza che non ha idea di che copertoncini montare mi dice che deve guardare e deciderà lei. Telefono dopo 15 giorni e mi si dice che di solito non trattano dici da corsa e che sono arrivati i pedali ma i copertoncini non ancora. E dirmelo prima che non trattate bici da corsa?Premetto che mi sarebbero andati bene dei copertoncini qualsiasi, non ho fatto richieste particolari. Ho chiesto che copertoncini avessero ordinato ma non mi sapevano rispondere. Mi chiedo ma è normale che un negozio di bici non abbia due copertoncini da bici da corsa in casa? Richiamato ieri due volte alle 17, squillava il telefono e poi mettevano giù. Dopo quasi un mese sono andato a riprendermi la bici ancora da fare..pessima esperienza peccato. Da subito cortesi e disponibili mi hanno detto che il pezzo doveva arrivare nel giro di due settimane e che mi avrebbero contattato loro. Al termine della scadenza li ho contattati senza ricevere informazioni, anzi sembravano scocciati dalla richiesta. Morale della favola 2 mesi (ordinato il 19 giugno) e ancora nessuna notizia. Fortunatamente ho contattato altro negozio che ha trovato soluzione e sono potuto partite per il mio viaggio. Esperienza negativa. Contacted by phone and ordered a piece for the bike. At the end of the deadline I contacted them without receiving any information, indeed they seemed annoyed by the request. Moral of the story 2 months (ordered June 19th) and still no news. Per quanto riguarda la coclooficina sono un po' carenti sulle parti meccaniche meno recenti, ma probabilmente il loro obiettivo principale è diverso. Bike and equipment shop especially bikepacking and travel. The staff are polite and attentive. The style of the shop is very modern and welcoming. As for cocloofycin, they are a bit lacking on the older mechanical parts, but their main focus is probably different.
