★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on a cycling holiday when I had a problem with my bike. Although they were very busy hiring out thirty bikes, they tried initially to fix the problem with my bike. Unfortunately the fix didn't work but they found a bike that I could borrow. This enabled me to continue cycling and saved my holiday. Most helpful bike shop I know and I am very grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a mechanic to perform some basic maintenance on my bike during my holidays in Tuscany. At Ciclo Sport I got an excellent service at a very low price and they didn't tried to sneak in a new chain/cable as many other shops would do to increase revenue even when there is no need to replace them. Finally, the lady in the store was very friendly and helpful.
