I loro sorrisi accolgono il cliente non appena entra in negozio/officina e subito si rapportano ad esso come bisognerebbe fare, parlo almeno di chi scrive, con chi non ha grandi conoscenze nell'ambito della meccanica ciclistica. Merce rara di questi tempi. Termino nel dire che da San Felice Circeo non mi è particolarmente comodo raggiungerli, ma da quando, per caso, li ho scoperti, la scocciatura di mettere la bici in macchina e farsi quei chilometri per una riparazione, si trasforma nella certezza di un intervento con i fiocchi e qualche minuto di ottima compagnia. Grazie ragazzi. Continuate sempre cosí!! ? Ho trovato un negozio tenuto in modo maniacale, ordinato e pulito. ??️ La zona officina nella quale riparano le bici ogni arnese ha il suo posto e il personale riesce a lavorare con grande armonia. ? In pronta consegna ci sono bici per tutti gli usi, da corsa, da passeggiata, mountain bike, bici elettriche. Ci sono per tutti i gusti. ?? Personale competente, disponibile e professionale. ? Sì può pagare con la carta o in contanti I prezzi sono onesti, per la sostituzione di una camera d'aria ho pagato circa 8 euro. Consiglio di andare appena apre la mattina alle 9e30 o al pomeriggio alle 15e30 per evitare file. Normalmente riescono a lavorare 3 bici parallelamente. Brought my 5 year olds bike there which had been laying in a garage since my 12 year old niece last used it and in my opinion was "buggered" ( I had just broken a pump trying to inflate the tiers ) .Five mins brakes fixed , height adjusted , tiers high pressure pump "unblocked " the valve. Super happy little boy. Cost ? They would not charge me! Tried to give a tip , NO . I am actually embarrassed that I was not more forceful in handing over some euros. Yes they do high end bikes. Little things matter . They did not "rip off" the tourist who would have handed over a fist of euros to get his boys bike fixed and on that basis I recon hi end or low end you are 100% safe with this local business . It's busy but not too busy that you have to wait a long time and busy with Italians . I really like this business model . Honest , great selection of bikes for an aficionado of bikes and loads of bike gear and family focused . Richard Bartram
