V	V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo in Colorado e ho trascorso due settimane sul litorale fondano in compagnia della mia Trek Madone. Durante la mia permanenza in Italia, Cicli Conte è stato un punto di riferimento per risolvere alcuni piccoli ma frustranti inconvenienti come lo smarrimento, per mia colpa, della vite di fermo del deragliatore posteriore e del capocorda del relativo cavo durante l'assemblaggio della bicicletta dopo il viaggio dagli USA, come anche la comparsa di una vibrazione anomala nella ruota anteriore, prontamente diagnosticata e risolta da Vittorio a tempo record senza farmi pagare un centesimo. Nel corso degli anni ho frequentato alcuni dei migliori bike stores e centri di biomeccanica degli Stati Uniti (tra cui Cannondale, Trek, e la sede centrale della Retül in Colorado), e vi assicuro che la professionalità, onestà, e disponibilità di Cicli Conte non ha nulla da invidiare ai colossali punti vendita e assistenza a stelle e strisce. Grazie di tutto e spero di ritornare la prossima estate! I live in Colorado and spent two weeks on the shoreline found in the company of my Trek Madone. During my stay in Italy, Cicli Conte was a point of reference for solving some small but frustrating problems such as the loss, for my fault, of the set screw of the rear derailleur and the cable lug of the relative cable during the assembly of the bicycle after the trip from the USA, as well as the appearance of an abnormal vibration in the front wheel, promptly diagnosed and resolved by Vittorio in record time without making me pay a cent. Over the years I have attended some of the best bike stores and biomechanics centers in the United States (including Cannondale, Trek, and the Retül headquarters in Colorado), and I assure you that the professionalism, honesty, and availability of Cicli Conte does not has nothing to envy to the colossal stars and stripes sales outlets and assistance. Thanks for everything and I hope to return next summer!

f	frgofficial on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, bici non disponibili in negozio(capisco per il periodo) ma non mi hanno neanche fatto consultare un catalogo perché dicevano che le bici sarebbero arrivate in primavera, ma comunque io avrei voluto farmi un'idea, ero andato prevenuto per ordinare una bici sapendo che sarebbe arrivata tra almeno 2 mesi ma comunque il venditore mi sembrava svogliato e non intenzionato a vendere, mi era stato consigliato ma non credo di riandare. Sconsiglio. Bad service, bikes not available in the shop (I understand for the period) but they didn't even let me consult a catalog because they said that the bikes would arrive in the spring, but anyway I wanted to get an idea, I had been prevented to order a bike knowing that it would arrive in at least 2 months but in any case the seller seemed listless and not willing to sell, I was advised but I don't think I will go back. I do not recommend.
